Since the ban on smoking in pubs and other public places was introduced in the UK, having a cigarette has become a far less socially acceptable practice than it once was. There was a time when people smoked purely as a social activity – it was ‘cool’ to so and seen as sophisticated – but not anymore. We are all too aware of the health risks involved, and standing outside in the rain having a cigarette while your mates are laughing away indoors is not an attractive proposition!
So, vaping has become an acceptable alternative. Vaping involves an e-Cigarette or vape device that heats up juice, which then turns to vapour – as opposed to smoke. The great thing about vape juice is that it can be bought in traditional, nicotine flavours – though apart from some examples, it does not contain nicotine – and also in a wide variety of other flavours.
In the UK among the many vape juice flavours, mango is proving surprisingly popular, with a number of manufacturers offering their own mango vape juice no nicotine options. This means that not all of these in the list are nicotine products and you can add your own to get the required nicotine strength. We’ve taken a look at the best 10 mango vape juices available in the UK right now, so let’s get on with things!
Table of Contents
Best Mango Vape Juice UK (Some Choices)
1. Horny Flava Mango Vape Juice
Horny Flava offers a wide range of vape juice with mango being just one of them. Many people find the fruit essence that comes from the ripe mango flavouring to be very refreshing – even though it’s perhaps not the first fruit you would pick up when out shopping – and this one comes in a 100ml bottle size. Now here’s where we get technical: this item is ‘50/50 VG PG’. That means it is 50% vegetable glycerine, and 50% propylene glycol. What’s this all about?
VG and PG are two of the elements that are used to create vape juices, because of various properties they display (such as being easy to vaporise, and also non-toxic). Some vape juice uses both – as in this case – while others may have different proportions. Users report different effects with different ratios, so its up to the individual to find out their preferred and most comfortable level.
So, now that’s out of the way, let’s carry on with our reviews!
2. Auro Vape Mango Vape Juice
As this one is supplied in a 60ml bottle, let’s talk about what that means in terms of consumption. The general rule is that a single drop of vape juice, on average, equates to 7 puffs of your e-cig. The equivalent to a cigarette is around 14 or so puffs, so that means you use 2 drops per smoke, so to speak. How many ml is a drop? There are 20 drops per ml. So, by my reckoning, that means from a 60ml bottle, such as this one, you will get the equivalent of 600 cigarettes per bottle. At around £10 a bottle, that’s a massive saving on regular tobacco.
So, the Auro Ripe Mango e-juice, what about it? Well, it’s made from entirely natural products with no synthetic additions, is nicotine-free, does contain PG but there is no mention of VG, and the bottle has a child-proof lock, which is something we like to see. The mango flavour gets an equal amount of thumbs up and thumbs down in customer reviews, so it’s really down to personal choice. At the price, it’s very good value.
3. Tasty Fruity Mango On-ice
Third on our best mango juice list is this one – Tasty Fruit Mango On-ice – follows a popular practice of adding the ‘on ice’ appeal to the flavour, which vapers seem to like. It comes in a 120ml bottle – note that, as with many of these, the bottle will not be full to the brim: the gap is for you to mix in other products, should you wish.
Nicotine-free and with a 70/30 VG PG split, this is apparently favoured by most people who vape for comfort and effectiveness, it’s nicely packaged with a child-proof lock, and comes with a well-designed long dripper nozzle for less waste. All in all, a good product at an excellent price.
4. Tasty Fruit Malaysian
Next on our list o mango e-liquids is another from the Tasty Fruit brand, which also offers a variety of flavours apart from Mango including Grape and Strawberry tasting e-liquid, this version is the alternative to the ‘On-ice’ flavour – think of it as a fresh mango smoothie vape juice – and comes in the same 120ml size bottle – that’s enough, if my arithmetic is correct, for 1200 cigarette-equivalent vapes – and it also features the child-proof lid. A good product with favourable customer comments (although only two) including ‘For Mango Lovers’, at a great price.
5. 88Vape Mango Freeze
We mentioned earlier that some of these mango e-liquids are short-filled, i.e. they are not brimmed to the top. We also mentioned that this allows the user to ‘add other substances’. What we meant by this is that you can add a nicotine shot – or more than one – to your own strength. This does not come with the vape juice, as you are required to buy your own, and a lot of people choose to vape nicotine-free so they can make it to the nicotine strength they require.
This bottle comes from the 88Vape range and is the ‘Mango Freeze’ variety. They also have various other fruit flavour profiles, plus the likes of crème Brulee, which is an interesting flavour. This one is 75/25 VG PG mix. Because of the high VG ratio, it is not for use with standard e-cigs, only with Sub-Ohm vape devices. Made in the UK, it’s a quality product at an excellent price, and you get 50ml in a 60ml bottle.
6. Nasty Juice Real Mango Cushman Range
This brand – Nasty Juice – offers an extensive range of vape juice products, and claims to be the most popular one on the market. We can’t confirm that, but it does have a handful of very good reviews which mainly comment on how good they taste of the ‘Real Mango’ flavour is. This juice is imported from Malaysia, is nicotine-free so you will need to add your own to get to your required nicotine strength, and comes in a rather impressive packaging.
The VG PG ratio of this one is 70/30, yet there is no mention of it not being suitable for e-cigs. We would advise checking that out before you buy if that is your preferred method of vaping. It’s short-filled to 50ml in a 60ml bottle, and while it is still well-priced, may work out a touch more expensive than some others on here. We like the packaging, though, so it gets a thumbs up from us.
7. Ignite Premium E-Liquid
This brand – Ignite – has a range of products in the E-Liquid arena covering a variety of flavours, so if you’re looking for a mango e-liquid menthol vape juice we reckon this is the place to go. This is a 100ml bottle at a very good price and is a nicotine-free product. The VG PG ratio is 70/30, and it has a mixture of very good and rather poor reviews.
The simple fact is that it’s clearly down to personal choice, as just about all the reviews say the flavour is great, and give it five stars, or that it is poor or includes too much menthol. It’s up to you to try it and find out, and with 37 flavours to choose from, there’s bound to be one for you. It’s a great price too.
8. Cush Man Nasty Juice Range
Another from the Nasty Juice range of vape juice products, which claims to be the most popular one on the market. We can’t confirm that, but it does have a handful of very good reviews which mainly comment on how good the taste of the ‘Real Mango’ flavour is. This juice is imported from Malaysia, is nicotine-free, and comes in rather impressive packaging.
The VG PG ratio of this one is 70/30, yet there is no mention of it not being suitable for e-cigs. We would advise checking that out before you buy if that is your preferred method of vaping. It’s short-filled to 50ml in a 60ml bottle, and this example is a better price than the one already reviewed. That packaging gets us again, it’s great!
9. Double Drip Coil Sauce
This is an interesting product – Double Drip Coil Sauce – with an 80/20 VG PG ratio. This apparently gives you the ability to produce even greater vaping experience and better flavours. However, we reckon that – as with an earlier similar mix – that means it’s for use only with vape mods, and not with e-cigs, which might be a problem for some.
The flavour of this 50ml short-filled bottle is Mango Raspberry Ice Cream, and once again the split in customer reviews is between loving the taste, and hating it! That’s the problem with products that are a personal choice, so we’ll leave it entirely up to you. It’s a sensible price, is popular and comes with a child-lock lid, so it’s worth a look.
10. Juice Man Zonk 100ml
Our final choice is this one from Juice Man – Zonk Orange Mango – and it comes in a brilliantly bright and fun box and bottle that makes it stand out from the crowd. It’s a 100ml bottle so you get plenty of value for money – the price is typical of these and very similar to others on the list – and you can buy it in a variety of other fruity flavours, so there will be something there for you.
The 70/30 VG PG split is about the norm, that’s our opinion taken from looking at the ten on the list, so should be suitable for most people, and this US-made vape oil is popular, with nothing lower than 4-stars from customers, and recommendations such as ‘Buy It!’. We like the packaging, and we like the price too.
Pros
- Great flavour
- 100ml bottle
- Great packaging
- Excellent price
Cons
- 70/30 VG PG split not for everyone
So, that’s our top 10 vape juice mango e-liquid options for you, but which would we recommend? As we have alluded to, it’s likely to be personal choice which one you find right for you, but before we come to a conclusion, let’s have a look at few points you might want to consider.
Important Features to Look For in Mango Eliquid
VG PG Ratio
We’ve explained this briefly but will try and put it as simply as we can. VG and PG stand for vegetable glycerine, and propylene glycol. These are both approved, harmless substances that are widely used in many foods and drink products, and are present in e liquids. They serve various purposes, including the ability to evaporate, and also add to the flavour. In short, a higher VP ration – it appears the standard is 70/30 in favour of VP – means stronger flavours and a more prominent vape cloud, so base your choice on those factors.
Bottle Size
These products range between 60ml and 100ml bottles. Some are ‘short-filled’, and for good reason. Generally, a 10ml short-fill is the norm, as this leaves enough space for the user to dd nicotine shots to his or her taste. Note that none of the products in our top 10 include any nicotine. For the sake of calculation, if you take it that 10ml of vape juice gives you the equivalent vaping capacity to smoking 100 cigarettes, that should give you an idea of how long each e liquids will last.
Flavour
All of the products we have listed are chosen because they are mango flavour – in one way or another – and we wanted to compare like for like. The only way to decide whether you like a particular vape juice is to try it! At these prices, you can’t lose much, or you could perhaps try a friend’s vape juice and see what you think.
Natural Ingredients
All vape juices on our list are organic and contain no synthetic additions – as far as we know. This information we get from the manufacturer ingredients.
That’s the main factors that will influence your decision, so which would we recommend?
Our Conclusion
This sort of product is very hard to arrive at a conclusion for, as it’s all about flavour. As we have seen with many of these, customer reviews are invariably mixed when it comes to flavours, with seemingly equal numbers in favour or disliking the taste. That’s a personal choice, and nothing more, so we may end up recommending one that you find you do not like!
So, on that basis, we’ll say you should try as many as you can, but on the basis of consistent thumbs-up from customers, the one that seems to score highest is the last on the list, the Juice Man Zonk Mango vape juice, and it also comes at a sensible price. The choice is yours, so happy vaping!
